A group of youth
both male and female assembled under the leadership of Md. Shawkat Alam in the beginning of the year
2011 to start working on social cause in Terhagachh Block of Kishanganj
District of Bihar. After several discussion it has been decided to registered
an organization named ‘JAHAN ALI MASTAN EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE FOUNDATION’
for promotion of Education and other Social Welfare Activities in the area for
the benefit of the people of the area irrespective of caste, colour, religion,
sex and cultural orientation to foster development in the area.
Finally the organization has been registered on 26 November 2011
and got its registration number as per Society Registration Act, Govt. of
Bihar. Since then the organization has been organized several programs through
own contribution, donation collection from the members, well wishers and the
people of the area who are generously and willing donate for the greater cause
of development of the people of the area.
